  Internet order. Came on time to pick up. No other customers when I arrived. The monitor on the wall said my order was ready. The only clerk working said. "I will be with you". I waited and watched him prepare, 1, 2, 3, 4, pizzas and put each in oven...on the 5th or 6th pizza, I said "hello". He replied without looking "I will be right with you". I said, "you already said that". His reply.. "I said I am busy". I asked his name... he tugged on his name tag from about 25' away to show me. I walked out. I called to complain several times. Finally got a reply. I was offered a free pizza. No thank you. Hire more and better employees or you will be out of business. It only takes a single bad experience to lose a customer.
