  The manager appeared on "World's Dumbest" as "The Paper Lady". She is a complete joke and just recently she signed a "contract" with a nearby towing company and now everybody that parks outside their residence for more than "5 minutes" is getting their car towed. The towing company also charges between 80- 90 dollars to unhook their car from yours which is ridiculous and is probably illegal. That's not the worst part, the manager is always on an extreme power- trip, she called the cops on some kid who was "trespassing" (which he wasn't because he was an invited to the pool by one of the family's) and also because he "turned his back to her whilst she was talking" I don't understand how that is a criminal offence. *1 star*
