  This place has the worst customer service I've ever had for an Enterprise, or any other car rental company. The clerk is a mumbler, and he becomes irate when you ask him to repeat what he said! He rolled his eyes, blatantly, when we told him that we needed something immediately, as we had even reserved that specific vehicle type, which he didn't end up having. He finally left us, without a word, when we wouldn't take a larger car type, since it would have awful mpg. He left the office without a word, and didn't come back for about 10 minutes. When he returned, he mumbled that he had brought a car over. It. Is. FILTHY. They washed the outside of the car, but the inside still smells gross, has stained seats, a dusty dash, FOOD AND WRAPPERS on the seats and in the cup holders. Absolutely disgusting. I can honestly say, this was the worst car rental experience I've ever had.
  
  EDIT: We returned the car early, mainly because it was triggering me to sneeze like crazy. When we came back to return it, Richie, the manager, apologized for the service that had been provided. He really helped, and made our experience better, even through his demeanor with us. Honestly, if not for his help, this would have stayed a 1-star rating.
